Nintendoâs NES Classic was constantly out of stock, including the day it launched, and whenever it was in stock, it was out shortly after. So you could understand why people were upset to learn of Nintendos discontinuation of the NES Classic edition. The discontinuation also prompted rumors about Nintendoâs possible plan to release a Super NES Classic as well.
